Lou Mueller
Lou Mueller is a 25-year veteran of the construction industry. He has extensive experience in commercial industrial and retail construction, having been the Director of Construction of American Continental Properties, Inc. for over 15 years. During that time he constructed numerous retail and commercial developments in the region. He also served as owner’s representative for large residential and condominium projects in Manhattan, as well as Construction Building Manager for a large office complex in Palm Beach, Florida. Lou has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering, and has participated in extensive continuing education programs for the Real Estate, Construction and Engineering industries. Lou is a member of The Project Management Institute, The International Facility Management Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Robert Walker
Robert Walker is the co-owner of Under Construction Builders a respected Southern New Jersey remodeling contractor. Robert has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. Upon his arrival in the United States from New Zealand in 1991, Robert worked as a Forman, Superintendent, and Project Manager on Commercial and Residential projects before forming Under Construction Builders in 1994, with Rob Bennett. Success followed in both residential and commercial projects. By forming this new venture, Robert is better serving his Clients’ needs by dedicating an organization the increase his presence in the commercial side of the industry. Robert and Lou will lead Administration, Estimating and Project Management for BMW Construction.

Rob Bennett
Rob Bennett is the co-owner of Under Construction Builders and leader of the field operation for the company. Since the founding of Under Construction Builders, Rob has been the general superintendent for all of the residential work and many of the Commercial projects. Rob is a Master Carpenter, and along with Robert will lead the field operations of the new venture.
